It is a band that has set the roots of many jazz, flamenco and Cuban music projects. They released their first album in March 2007 at the Festival Jazz Terrassa. Since then, the group has have an unstoppable trajectory in 2007 and 2008 that brought them to cities like Madrid, Barcelona, Burgos, Huesca, London, Paris, Frankfurt, Montevideo or Buenos Aires.

The record Colina Miralta Sambeat Trio (Contrabaix, 2007) was one of the best selling records in Spain in 2007 and it was nominated for the best jazz album at the Premios de la Música 2008.

After the success of their first project and more than 50 concerts during the last 2 years, CMS Trio is presenting their second album: Andando (Universal Music, 2009). A work full of passion and creativity, fusioning different styles like bop, latin and flamenco.
